See Some Common English Mistakes We Make And Their Corrections

The English Language is definitely not our mother language. It is the official language accorded to Nigeria, and we had to learn it. And as many of us have come to accept this, some of our kids are now even being taught the English language first before they learn the local language of the lands. Many of us speak the language incorrectly, and we have gathered a few English words we use wrongly. Below are the words:

1) Disvirgin (Deflower)

2) Pepperish (Peppery)

3) Packer (Dustpan)

4) Trafficate (Take a turn)

5) Plate number (Number Plate)

6) Cunny (Cunning)

7) Water system (Water Cistern)
