She said that certain vegetables, namely those containing water-soluble vitamins, should never be boiled if you can avoid it. The reason is that water-soluble vitamins dissolve in water - so if you boil vegetables containing these vitamins, you won't see much health benefit from them. The doctors stated that very young babies whose neck muscles are weak, which is not strong enough to stop their heads flopping forward could stop breathing. The manufacturers of babies’ car seats warn that babies should not be left in the car seat for more than 2 hours, but doctors have called for that information to be updated to reflect expert medical discovery with regards to young babies.
Dr. Peter Fleming, a paediatrician at Bristol University, carried out a research that indicates newborn babies may be at risk in car seats. He asserted that “if you can avoid a journey, it's probably better to do so, limited to no more than half an hour or so. But try to avoid excessive car journeys with young babies.”
